At time of Buyer closing, the unit will include:
  • New carpeting in Living Areas and Bedrooms
  • Newly painted walls, doors and trim
  • New Kitchen cabinets and bath vanities
  • New laminate countertops in kitchen and baths
  • New GE white kitchen appliances, to include stove, microhood, refrigerator, and dishwasher
  • New washer/dryer unit in each unit
  • New light fixtures
  • New outlets and receptacles
  • New front entry door
  • New French Doors leading to patio or balcony
  • New HVAC unit, including outside air compressor and inside air handler (replacement started August 2005)
  • New Decks on upstairs units
  • Tile flooring in kitchen and baths
  • 2" white blinds on windows

All finishes, brands and colors are solely determined by the developer. Model home furnishings, decorative items and drapery treatments are not included. Due to product and market changes, the developer reserves the right to change or replace any items shown in model units or advertisements with similar products.
"New" indicates replacement that began August 2005.
